the breakfast items stocked in the fridge daily woudl ve been a nice touch if there had been more variety. also, i simply cannot understand why i didn't receive any kind of welcoming gesture during my stay, especially as i spent two nights here. almost gave it a good review, but just couldn't.

Couples seeking tranquility
We totally loved the self-made breakfast, it was all vegetarian and just so delicious! The banana bread? Mmm. It was so good we tried the recipe from their website right away.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I’d say it’s worth every penny.

The lush environment and proximity to Volcano National Park were perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed exploring the old foot trail from Hilo to Kīlauea, and even got to see some stunning waterfalls around the area. Staying with mum made it even more special.
My wife says that more kid-friendly dining options would enhance the experience.

The cozy property blends charm with modern comfort, and the lovely forest path with beautiful flowers invites exploration. Having breakfast items stocked in the fridge each day was a nice touch, although a wider variety would have been appreciated. Overall, a convenient location near Volcano National Park.

The peaceful environment and proximity to exciting attractions were absolute highlights. Enjoyed the heated mattress pad after wet adventures, and breakfast options, especially the banana bread, were both a feast for the eyes and the palate. However, the limited variety in breakfast offerings started to feel repetitive after a couple of days, and while the gardens added charm, a bit more maintenance would enhance the experience. Overall, a special place with attentive hosts.

Perfectly located with delightful breakfasts
The location couldn't be better for exploring Volcano National Park, just a stone's throw away. Our garden view room was peaceful, and we loved the short rainforest walk right outside our door. Breakfasts were a treat, especially with the unique homemade banana bread and frittatas. One suggestion would be to expand the breakfast variety a bit for longer stays, as we could have eaten there for more days!
